3.1. All collected information as stated above is stored in MOKED.AI's database. With accordance to Your consent, MOKED.AI warrants to use such information for the following purposes:

• To enable convenient and efficient use of the AI agents and platform;
• To process interactions, generate AI responses, and execute automated tasks (such as CRM updates and calendar scheduling);
• Improve and enrich existing services and content;
• To modify and/or remove existing services and content;
• Perform research and provide statistic information to third parties, including advertisers (in such case, the provided information will not identify You);
• Enforce Our terms and conditions;
• Contacting Users who provided their details via the Service;

5. Third-Parties and AI Sub-Processors

5.1. In order to provide the core AI functionalities of the Service, We utilize advanced third-party artificial intelligence models and infrastructure. Your data is strictly stored on Our secure databases, and is transmitted to these third parties solely for the purpose of processing and generating the required outputs (e.g., voice and text interactions).

5.2. Your information, including conversation transcripts and audio streams, will be handled and used by Our trusted third parties including the following recipients:

• Artificial Intelligence Providers & Orchestration: We utilize models and APIs provided by OpenAI, Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), and various AI Orchestration layers. Data transmitted to these providers is used exclusively to generate responses for Your AI agents and facilitate the conversation.
• Hosting & Databases: The platform's backend, database, and all retained data (such as user records, billing, and transcripts) are hosted on digitalocean.com.
• Storage: We might store some static data, such as charts, images, and audio files in AWS S3 by Amazon.

• Other providers, integration partners (like telephony providers), and sub-contractors on Our behalf.

5.3. There are several places in the Service where You may click on a link to access other websites that do not operate under this Privacy Policy and are not related to MOKED.AI including, but not only, links leading to third party websites. These links may independently solicit and collect information, including personal information, from You and, in some instances, provide MOKED.AI with information about Your activities on those links.

5.4. Every third party such as detailed above may have its own privacy policy describing its use of personal information, and such policy will regulate the use, handling and disclosure of such personal information of the User. 8.2. MOKED.AI inspects, from time to time, the data security of the Service and performs modifications and upgrades accordingly in order to keep the Service's security. Nonetheless, MOKED.AI will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to You due to exposure of Your information by an unauthorized access to MOKED.AI's database and/or due to any negligence or act not controlled by MOKED.AI.
